I found myself in a gorgeous little pocket of Dublin last Wednesday night. The brand new Matchbox Theatre underneath Café Des Irlandais on Great South Georges Street is the nicest space I’ve found in the city so far this year. Small but perfectly formed the theatre has a distinct French feel with mahogany chairs and round tables packed in around a chi chi bar. The place was filling up nicely with a great bunch of people, all of us here for the opening night of DC Moore’s “Honest” which is showing for the first time on these shores.
