Never thought I’d say this about Cork but it’s got to be the best town in Ireland at the moment. What started out as a visit to Granny ended up as a goldmine of all the good stuff. Cork is a place that wears its heart on its sleeve – warm, buzzy and full of colourful characters. I always meet someone I know! The city is easy to navigate with all of its streets and alleyways interconnecting between main thoroughfare Patrick Street, or Panna to the locals, with Paul Street and Oliver Plunkett Street on either side.
